j-flamingo reflections

Inspired by the grace and beauty of the flamingo, my life reflected by my love of reading, writing and creating.

Nearing the end of April

As the end of April is coming, I've been writing away this month. I'll be posting how I did at the end of this week. I hope to complete Tristi's challenge with some concrete material to work on and work with in writing. So far it's been going well, for my first attempt at this, I think. Through writing, I feel I'm creating and that's so cool!

Hi Julie! Thanks for coming to visit my blog. It's nice to meet the other members of the challenge, even if I do tend to be a bit of a hermit myself. :) This is my 5th (?) time doing the challenge, and I appreciate it each time for the encouragement it gives me to actually create. It is cool.

Thanks for stopping by storyengineer! I appreciate your comment! I understand all about hermits as you can plainly see from this blog since its rather slow.
This is my first time doing the challenge and I'm aiming to surprise myself - see if I've got the grit it takes to be a writer.

About this blog

Welcome Readers~to my blog! A tiny extension of myself and my life. Here, I'll share this journey through my top passions in my life - reading, writing, and creating. You can expect to read poetry, view my papercrafts and read design related posts. Every once in a while, I hope you'll grasp an honest feel of my heart. If you haven't noticed, I love flamingos! I think they are beautiful birds. *Thanks for your attention.*

She is pure Alice in Wonderland, and her appearance and demeanor are a nicely judged mix of the Red Queen and a flamingo.
